Teaching designers to code is not about getting designers to suddenly drop the pencil and start coding entire front-end frameworks. It’s about getting designers to understand that there is an inevitable visual and interactive gap to be transcended between their static Photoshop files and the end result, and designers can and should be equipped to help.
